Why does CU Health need my credit card?
CU Health uses the payment method on your profile to process payments for appointments with healthcare professionals, repeat scripts & cancellation fees in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
How do I add my credit cards to my profile?
You will be prompted to add a credit card when booking your first appointment. At any time, you can login to your member profile to add or change card details. You can store multiple cards on your profile. If more than one card is stored, you will be prompted to set a primary method each time you book.
Can I change the payment method after my appointment?
Our Member Services can assist you to process a manual refund. Please contact Member Support and provide the correct card details.
Where can I find receipts for my appointments?
We do not email you receipts of your transactions when you have an appointment with CU Health. You can view your Invoice History and download individual receipts by logging in to your CU Health Profile and navigating to Billing Information.
Please note that invoices may take up to 60 minutes after your appointment has ended to populate in your Invoice History.
If you find there is a receipt missing in your Invoice History, please call or email CU Health member support.
I want to dispute charges on my card from CU Health. What do I do?
If you have any concerns regarding charges to your credit card, please get in contact with our Member Services team with the details.
What if my credit card is declined?
We understand that from time to time these things happen. When you next login to your CU Health account you will be prompted to add a new payment method and clear the overdue balance.
Who has access to my credit card details?
CU Health does not store credit card information and uses a trusted and secure payment gateway called Stripe. When you store your card with CU Health a Stripe token is created in a PCI compliant manner.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
‘CU Health’ will appear on your credit card statement.
