Dr Dorothy Yue

GP LEAD

Dr Dorothy Yue provides guidance and leadership to all general practitioners involved with CU Health and works directly with the Chief Medical Advisor to develop and implement policies and processes that ensure that clinical governance priorities are upheld throughout our entire clinical service. Dorothy is also involved with developing educational materials that optimise clinician telehealth performance for both GPs and the allied health practitioners.

Dorothy is also an accomplished and experienced GP within Sydney’s inner west. She oversees the care of many challenging cases and has contributed heavily in the COVID19 response and as a clinical leader with Department of Health Partnered respiratory clinics.

Dorothy is a medical graduate from Monash University, Melbourne and has completed a Diploma of Child Health. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Her goals within General Practice are to practice evidence-based medicine when treating the physical and mental health concerns of the individual, with a strong focus on preventative health. She believes that working together with each individual she looks after to achieve health goals and improved health outcomes is the most satisfying way to practice medicine.

Outside of work Dorothy’s goals are simply to be a good role model for her children, to be healthy and happy, and to be environmentally and community minded.
