Vouchers

What are vouchers?

Vouchers are free appointments provided to members that must be used for the specific appointment type listed on the voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable and appointments made using vouchers must be booked for a date before that voucher expires. Vouchers cannot be purchased by individuals. Only companies can buy vouchers on behalf of their employees.

 

How do I know if I have a voucher for a free appointment?

When you login to your dashboard you will see the vouchers, you have available to use. You will also receive an email notifying you when you have been given a new voucher.

 

Does it cost to use a voucher?

No – all vouchers are free for individuals and are paid for either by your organisation or provided free by CU Health.

 

How do I use a voucher?

If you have a voucher available and go to book that appointment type it will automatically be applied. You can only use one voucher at a time. If this is your first appointment with CU Health, you will not be required to store your credit card details.

 

My voucher expired, and I did not use it in time. Can I still use it?

Appointments using vouchers must be booked for a date prior to the expiry date. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact Member Services.
