What is the CU Health trial?
A CU Health trial is a short period of time, in which CU Health services are offered to you as a complimentary service. If the organisation you are associated with has registered for the trial, is will be available to you for an agreed period of time. Once the trial ends, you will then have CU Health services offered to you for a fee. The trial period covers all appointments completed during the trial period.
How do I know if I am on a trial?
If you the organisation you are associated with has made the trial available to you, you will receive email communications outlining the details of the trial. IF you have any questions, reach out to the organisation or support@cuhealth.com.au.
When does my trial expire?
When you login to the CU Health portal, there is a banner on the dashboard which outlines how much longer you have the trial available for. If you have any further questions, please contact support@cuhealth.com.au.
Do you need a Credit Card to join the trial?
No, you do not need a credit card to join the trial or to make any bookings during the trial. For you first booking after the trial period ends, you will need to enter your credit card details to confirm the booking.
Can I extend the trial?
If you have any questions about the length of your trial or the ability to extend it, please get in touch with your organisation or contact support@cuhealth.com.au.
I am currently in the trial, but I want to book an appointment outside of the trial period – do I have to pay?
Yes, all appointments booked for a date outside of the trial period are not covered by the trial period and will have an associated fee.
I didn’t have an appointment during my trial, can I start again?
If the trial period was activated, it is unable to be extended or reset.
When does my trial start?
Your trial period starts as soon as you register for CU Health.
What can I do in my trial period?
During your trial period you have access to all of CU Health services at no extra cost to you.
What happens to my information if I choose not to continue after the trial period ends?
By law, CU Health is required to keep all healthcare related documentation for 7 years. After which is will be removed from our system. You will not receive any further communication from CU Health once you have decided to not continue with the service.
How do I continue the services after the trial?
If you wish to continue the with CU Health after the trial period has ended, you do not need to do anything. The next time you book, you will be required to enter your credit card details.
Will I be charged when my trial ends?
No, you will not be charged as soon as the trial ends. You will only be required to pay when you book your next appointment with CU Health.
