How does CU Health charge Subscription and Pay for Service members for appointments?

CU Health invoices organisations with subscriptions monthly. A payment method is not required to be stored if you are a subscription member. Subscriptions fees are billed direct to the client monthly and include an unlimited number of appointments for members within that billing period.

For individuals using the Pay for Service option, a payment method is required to be stored on your CU Health profile to book an appointment but is not charged until after your appointment is complete.

 

My appointment was significantly shorter than the one I booked however I was charged for the full appointment. What do I do?

We do our best to ensure that you are only charged for the services and value you receive. If the consultation finishes significantly less than you originally booked, and you are not satisfied with the fee please contact our Member Services team with the details and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
