If I am no longer employed, what happens to my profile/memberships?
Your old employer will communicate this to us, and your profile and membership will be made inactive.
How can I permanently delete my information?
By law we are required to keep your clinical information on file for 7 years. This information is kept securely and is not accessed unless necessary. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us by emailing support@cuhealth.com.au or calling 1300 CU HEALTH.
