What can a Health Coach help me with?
A Health Coach can help you with any questions you might have about your health and wellbeing. The Health Coach will endeavour to answer all of your questions directly but may require further assistance from another HCP. Your Health Coach will be able to assess who you need to see based on your health situation.
Should I use Health Coach Chat, or should I book an appointment with a Health Coach?
The Health Coach Chat was designed for non-urgent general health and wellbeing questions. If you need to discuss a health matter urgently, we recommend booking an appointment directly with a Health Coach.
How long will it take for the Health Coach to get back to me?
Our Health Coaches aim to respond within 6 hours of receiving a message. Times may vary dependant on availability and volume of messages. If a Health Coach has not responded to your question, please contact support@cuhealth.com.au.
