Yes, CU Health provides referrals for pathology and imaging.
How will CU Health contact me to discuss results?
As part of our results recall process, we will contact you via SMS and email to advise of our contact attempts/request from the GP to follow up with you. If a result is urgent, a GP and/or Health Coach will also attempt to contact you via phone. Please ensure your email and telephone number are up to date. You can update your details via your CU Health dashboard.
What if I need a face-to-face appointment?
If you require a face-to-face consultation, your CU Health HCP will provide you with all the necessary information and guidance to facilitate this appointment with the best suited provider for your needs.
How will my HCP contact me?
Your healthcare providers will contact you via SMS and/or email depending on the nature and urgency of correspondence. You will receive correspondence regarding referrals/letters/health information, as well as reminders for low and high priority tests, and appointment reminders. All clinical related email communications will be sent directly from our medical practice software from noreply@cuhealth.com.au.

Our clinical leadership team have had rich input into the design of the wellbeing plan.
What is an Annual Health Check?
An annual Health Check is a yearly check-in with your CU Health GP to discuss your Health and Wellbeing goals for the next 12 months, and to work with you to provide actionable outcomes together.
Can I request all information sent to me to be password protected?
Yes, you are able to request future information sent to you from CUH to be pin protected. Please discuss with your GP or email support@cuhealth.com.au.
Who can see my health information?
The only people, other than yourself, who have access to your medical information is our HCPs. Admin staff only have access to your contact information.
