CU Health Pharmacy

What is the CU Health Pharmacy and how do I use it?

You can use the CU Health Pharmacy to request repeat prescriptions. You will need to have had an initial appointment with a CU Health GP before you can access the Pharmacy function. This function can be accessed by clicking on the Pharmacy button under Quick actions. Your GP may want to discuss this in more detail with you before utilising this feature.

Who can see my medication list?

Only your CU Health Care team have access to your medication details.

Can I order new medication that I haven’t had before?

No. All new medications need to be discussed with your CU Health GP first.

Why do I have to add an existing medication before I can order?

This assures that your GP is aware of all medication you are taking so they can make an informed decision.

I can’t find the medication I am using when trying to add?

The medication may not be listed in the database, please speak to your CU Health GP regarding this so they can make a note on your file.

Who delivers the medication and where can I get it delivered?

CU Health have partnered with a medication delivery service, Evermed. Through the CU Health platform you can submit your script for delivery to your home or office. For any questions about Evermed and their services, visit, www.evermed.com.au.

How will I receive my script?

Your script will be sent to you via SMS to the mobile number on your profile.

I want to go to the pharmacy myself, can I take the CU Health script directly?

Yes, you can present your script in person to any pharmacy to be filled.
